    Oigo decir a menudo que “si no estás en la red no serás nadie”. Creo, incluso, que yo también lo he dicho. Cierto, aunque quizás me fastidie aceptar que pueda ser así. Y, en realidad, no todas las personas importantes están en la red, como tampoco están todas las personas que pueden llegar a ser interesantes en un proceso de headhunting. Pero lo cierto es que no hay día que no conozcamos el nacimiento de alguna red especializada en identificar algún grupo especial de profesionales.     ASPECTOS SIGNIFICATIVOS EN LA CONTRATACIÓN DE LICENCIADOS UNIVERSITARIOS CON POCA EXPERIENCIA

     Se tiene muy en cuenta el expediente académico, tanto en cuanto a nivel de resultados como a su regularidad.

     Es prácticamente imprescindible aportar el dominio de un idioma extranjero, principalmente Inglés, y conocimientos de otro idioma: Francés o Alemán o Italiano o Mandarín o Árabe.

     Es imprescindible el dominio de herramientas informáticas y el entorno Windows.

     Se valoran las prácticas realizadas durante la carrera.

     En muchos casos se exige la realización de un Máster de especialización.

    Resulta que mis padres tienen acciones de Caixa Sabadell y ahora BBVA tan sólo le devuelve el 95% de esas acciones, eso ¿ hasta que punto es legal?

  17. ¿Para ser comercial, vale cualquiera?

    Sinceramente, el ser comercial, no es una cosa fácil, ya que tienes que tener unas aptitudes específicas para este puesto de trabajo, lo que hace que mucha de las personas que prueban, se desencanten rápidamente, y esto que se devalue la imagen de los comerciales....por lo que opino, que no vale cualquiera.

    Los complejos e innumerables tramites que una pareja debe atravesar hasta completar un proceso de adopción y el desgaste emocional para la pareja y cada uno de sus miembros que la incertidumbre de este proceso supone, se deben tener en cuenta antes de iniciarlo?
